This has been my favorite summer refreshment , a vegetable granité.
- Lime ice cubes
- Ginger powder or fresh ginger
- Freeze lime juice into an ice cube tray
- Blend all the ingredients together with the lime ice cubes
- Leave in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours in a plastic container
- Scrape the preparation with a fork into a mug
- Put the granité back in the freezer for 30minutes to an hour
- Eat super cold
