Sweet Fries

Sweet potatoes are my ultimate favorite, not just because you can make a lot of different meals with it but also because of their multiple benefits. They contain Vitamin B6, C, D and iron. They support a healthy immune system, they are a great source of magnesium and potassium, they also help ward of cancer and protect against the effect of aging.

How to cook them : You can boil them, sautée them , fry them, bake, steam, purée or grill them.

This recipe is my favorite way to cook sweet potatoes : FRIES !!

Preparation : 8minutes / Cooking Time : 30minutes

Recipe :

  • Season the sweet potatoes with garlic, paprika powder , sea salt , black pepper, a pinch of vanilla, chilli powder and coconut oil
  • Sprinkle some cereal flour on top to make them crispy
  • Lay on oven parchment
  • Cook in oven for 30minutes or 15minutes on both sides if you’d like to flip them
  • Present with parsley and barbecue sauce or teriyaki sauce
