This is not the average fall meal but it’s so easy to make and such a party when it’s served.

Ingredients :
- 2 Soy steaks
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 White onion
- (2 tbsp) Chilli powder
- (1 tsp) Curcuma , paprika & basil
- (1 tsp) Salt , ginger & brown sugar
- (¼ cup) Chilli mixture (groundnut oil , chilli powder , lime juice , parsley paste , jalapeño)
- (1/15 ounce) Soaked red beans
- 10 Chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 Chopped carrots
- Vegetable broth
- Coconut oil
Recipe :
- Heat some coconut oil in a saucepan (or cast-iron stew pot) and add your onions and garlic over medium-high heat
- Add your chopped cherry tomatoes and the salt , ginger and brown sugar mixture and blend
- Once the tomatoes start to melt, add the curcuma , paprika , basil and chilli powder
- Add the yellow peppers and the carrots when the previous sauce is starting to get a nice red-brownish color
- Add the shreded soy steak pieces into the mix and blend
- Add the red beans and the second chilli mixture (it’s preferable to make it 2 days prior for special flavor)
- Add the vegetable broth and the glass of water
- Let it simmer for an hour while stirring occasionally
- Serve with rice , quinoa or tortilla chips
