My vegan menus are Summer ready, I havent posted in a little while but now that I am totally refocused on the blog I’ll share everything I eat from June to August. I have never tried this salad before but something tells me that I will come up with all kinds of salads from now on. Salad is actually my favorite dish because you can just put everything in a bowl, add a dressing and run with it.
- Yellow peppers
- Soy & wheat steak
- Fry your soy and wheat steak in olive oil
- Season the veggies
- Add the cranberry on top
- Dressing : Nuoc mam, soy sauce, cilantro , black pepper, garlic
