This salad is one of my favorites in the vegan department. It’s refreshing and perfect for summer.
- Green peppers
- Sesame seeds
- Worchester sauce
- Sautée the tofu in Worchester sauce and black pepper until golden brown
- Add on top of the veggies
- Dressing : worchester sauce , soya sauce, cumin, Guérande salt , almonds and cranberries
