I’m kind of addicted to chia pudding at this point.
- Chia seeds
- Soya cream
- Guérande salt
- Black pepper
- Let the soya cream and chia seeds sit overnight
- Season the mango with salt, black pepper and lime the day before
- Add the almonds before serving and enjoy
+ You can try this dessert or breakfast with sugar and cinnamon instead of the salt and black pepper if you’re not a fan of salted dessert/breakfast.
