I rarely eat breakfast but with this heat of course I need all the energy I can get to avoid any fainting etc. Detox water is something that I drink everyday, I try to drink around 4 glasses of it a day plus a bottle of water. This granola and chia pudding is usually my favorite snack but sometimes it can be a breakfast.
- Vanilla soy milk
